TrustSTFC 2020 Online AGM

Hello Town fans, we hope you are all safe and well. As you may be aware, the original plan in March was to incorporate the Trust AGM formalities with the 50th Anniversary celebration of the 1970 Anglo-Italian cup triumph in an evening in the Legends lounge, but because of the Covid-19 situation this had to be unfortunately postponed.

The Trust still intends to hold this celebration event for the Anglo-Italian cup win when it is safe and legal to do so. However to align to the rules and regulations on Trust based organisations we need to complete the legalities of our formal AGM before the end of June 2020.

This means we must complete our board election and re-election process and complete a review of the Trust’s annual accounts.

Note: You can read our rules and review our latest set of accounts at any time by visiting the Accounts & Rules section of our website.

Save the Date

We will be holding our formal AGM online for Trust members on Thursday June 25th at 7pm.

The meeting will be hosted using Microsoft Teams and you will be able to join the meeting at that time by clicking here

You can also download the outlook meeting invite for your calendars and to get the link, by clicking on one of the outlook invites below:

Technology restrictions may apply, in which case attendance will be on a first come first served basis.

If you are unable to attend or the online event is full on the night then we will promise to post the minutes and presentation for the evening on our website post the event.

The agenda for the AGM will be as follows:

  • Board Introduction, Re-Election and Election
  • Annual Accounts Review
  • General Updates
  • Fans Q&A session *

* Please note that due to the current legal situation, we will be unable to answer in detail any questions relating to the STFC ownership situation and court cases. Any views expressed would be those of the individual, and not of Swindon Town Community Mutual Ltd. You can however still download a copy of our Court Cases Review which lays out our thoughts on the matter.

We hope to see members online for the event, if you have any questions in the meantime, please Contact Us
